SIKYONIA. Sikyon. Circa 431-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 24 mm, 12.09 g, 9 h). Chimaira walking left on ground line, raising right forepaw; below, ΣΕ. Rev. Dove flying left; all within olive wreath. BCD Peloponnesos 186. BMC 22. HGC 5, 181. Traité III 775. A well struck and beautifully toned example. Minor marks and with an old scratch on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
